Louise joined Sassoon in 2005, attracted by the Sassoon precision cutting techniques, she spent three years learning the art of hair design before becoming a stylist. Inspired to lead, Louise joined Sassoon’s leadership development programme in 2009 and it wasn’t long before she became assistant salon director in 2012. As a result of her passion, talent and dedication to her craft, she is now the Salon Director at the Manchester Salon where she is constantly inspired by the team, their individuality and passion to create elegant and sophisticated hair.

• Fashion, Art and powerful women. Coco Chanel epitomises all of these, her ideas were revolutionary.

When not doing hair what do you do?

• I enjoy spending my free time walking the countryside with my pooch

What do you love about your role?

• I love the satisfaction you get from making customers look fabulous on a daily basis and I live for helping my team develop and grow into individual superstars.
