Lee joined Sassoon in 2007 as an apprentice in the Leeds salon. After qualifying as a stylist in 2009, Lee quickly built loyal clientele. His collaborations with friends and various visual projects has led him to work as part of the UK session team for fashion week, leading the team season after season.

Lee’s dedication, creativity and passion fir the craft continues to shine through. After transferring to Sassoon salon Manchester in January 2017 he became creative director of the salon and was awarded creative director for the year.

What inspires you?

• My family and team. They continue to inspire me with their ideas, work ethic and energy for their medium.

When not doing hair what do you do?

• I spend a lot of time away from the city, hiking and walking

What do you love about your role?

• I love being able to teach people from all over the world. Watching my team grow from their first haircut, to being busy stylists has always been the biggest reward.
